Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1-year proven work experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef. Must be knowledgeable in cakes, pastries, desserts, and bread types. Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow written recipe, ingredients measurements, and baking methods such as mixing, proofing, baking, and cooling. Must be skilled in baking & cake decoration such as fondant decorated cakes, including icing application, piping borders, and cake designs. Must be able to safely operate standard commercial baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and
other baking tools. Willing to work on flexible hours including holidays and weekends. The work schedule for this position includes shifting & split shifts and each beneficiary shall have

This is a temporary, full-time position. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence from the employee’s place of origin to the worksite and return transportation and subsistence at the end of employment, except when the employee does not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or when the employer has properly reported a voluntary abandonment of employment in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Design and develop new desserts and baked items to refresh menu offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage inventory of baking ingredients, ensuring timely ordering and stock rotation to maintain freshness and control costs. Inspect quality of ingredients and condition of baking equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are in proper working order and meet hygiene standards. Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry and bakery section in compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor daily operations within the pastry and bakery section, ensuring smooth workflow, timely production, and quality control. Assist in maintaining accurate par stock levels for all baked and pastry items to ensure consistent availability. Perform other bakery and pastry-related tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef or supervisor
